Objective: "The idea of the course is to learn how the international system of the world is changing and to analyse the changing role of India in the
world politics. The course will offer the students an introduction to
Indian external policy through the Cold War period to the present
situation, with special insights to India's relations with EU and USA.
Finally India's role as an emerging great power will be studied.
The course belongs to the field of political science."

Time: 17.9.-23.11.2012

Structure: video lectures, readings, course assignment and essay.

Taken as: home assignment based on virtual lectures (3-4 pages with Times New Roman 12, line-spacing 1.5) and an essay based on the lectures and reading materials (10 pages).
